INTRODUCTION
Dr Sonal Mehta is a highly accomplished woman. She is known for bringing out the best in everything around her. A resilient soul and a cancer conqueror – she is the epitome of strength and determination. Addressing the immense power of Triple E (Empowerment, Environment, and Education), she has been the Founder and Secretary of SENSED (Society for Environment and Sustainable Development) since 2011 and also the Editor cum Publisher of an Environment weekly newspaper, “The Karmik Post.” In addition, she is also the Founder and director of a CBSE affiliated Senior Secondary School ‘Global School of Excellence’ in Obedullaganj since 2018. Sonal Mehta has also been a distinguished Author and podcaster who has written and podcasted a self-help book in two languages, titled ‘Subscribe Success through Subconscious.
Dr Sonal was the first child born into a traditional Marwari joint family in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. During her school days, she acted in a TV serial “Neev” and later conceptualized a serial ‘Purvayi ek Asha’ aired on DD Kisan. There have been moments of satisfaction as well as of regrets. Back in the 1990s, she was called to act in TV serials by Zee TV during its launching phase which she could not avail. She also got a chance to work in her organization’s Canada branch but could not.
Her biggest regret is not being able to join the then Honourable CM of Gujarat Shri Narendra Modi’s team of speech writers in 2013 due to family commitments. While regrets are a part of life she chose to see them as stepping stones toward growth

Her academic journey has been a testament to her passion for learning and dedication to diverse fields. She had done her B.Sc. in PCM & M.A. in Sociology and has been consistently upgrading her knowledge since. She studied LLB and did an M.Ed., she did her MBA in Human Resources, an M. Phil on ‘The Impact of Services and Facilities to Disabled Children through NGO’, and finally did her Ph.D. in ‘Role of Education in the Empowerment of Women. She also pursued various valued diplomas like French language and fashion design.
Being an Environment Enthusiast, she is an ISO 14000:2015 certified Lead Auditor who also obtained a PG Diploma in Human Rights, Environment Management, and Guidance and Counselling. Furthermore, she is involved with numerous certification courses like an UN-certified e-Course on Climate Change and CBSE school assessor certification. Being a versatile learner, she delved into Psychology through the Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP) and did courses in Occult Science, like Handwriting and Signature Grand Mastery, Numero-Grapho Analysis, Astrology, Tarot Card Reading, Numerology, and others.
She is an expert in training, research, community mobilization, project management in diverse fields, awareness campaigns, documentation, and HRM (Human Resource Management). She is also skilled in the areas of Environment Management, Climate Change issues, Women Empowerment and Legal as well as Education.
In addition to all these, she has a good command of English, and Hindi, and a workable knowledge of French. Furthermore, she can diffuse contentiousness, confrontation, contempt, and fear instantly using her Neurolinguistic Proficiency and can deal with situations promptly.
Dr Sonal Mehta has professional exposure in different fields like the Education field (School and Higher Education in different capacities), Law (Criminal Lawyer, Advocate in High Court Panel, Sub Editor of a Law Journal), Real Estate, Environment (Advisor to MP State Level Expert Appraisal Committee through Central Gazette Notification, Quality Council of India Accredited Socio-Economic Expert, ISO 14001-2015 Lead Auditor) and Immigration field as Consultant for Canada Visa. Her accomplishments were further honored when she was officially recognized in the Gazette of India twice.
Her remarkable journey has afforded her the privilege of meeting esteemed personalities like Hon. PM Narendra Modi, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, Smt Sushma Swaraj, and Shri Surendra Patwa, among others, fostering a wealth of insights and experiences. She has also received blessings from revered spiritual leaders like His Holiness Dalai Lama, Acharya Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, Sri Sri Ravishankar, and others. She has embarked on pilgrimages to sacred sites like Kailash-Mansarover, Amarnath, Kedarnath, Badrinath, and Gangotri, and explored over 11 countries. She coordinated and organized a Jain Professional Matrimonial Meet, gathering over 1700 professionals, earning her a World Record.
